What is Remote Power-as-a-Service (RPaaS)? FeaturedWritten by Super User
Sirius Integrator has announced an innovative offering that provides a flexible 'consumption based' way to utilize "Remote Power Solutions". We provide a smart generator configuration for a fixed minimum monthly price that includes kWhs of power based on your estimated load. If you use more Kwhs than the minimum allocation, you will be incrementally charged for that power at the end of the term. This is an OPEX (operating expense, or rental) rather than CAPEX (capital expense, or purchase of asset) offering that breaks down the price barrier of using fuel cell based generators. We offer selected off-grid generators under this exciting new program to qualified agencies and enterprises that accept our program terms. The longer your RPaaS Rental commitment the better the monthly kWh rate. We can even start you off with a one month rental that leads to your purchase with assurances of success.
Customers can align their rental expenses with their own service deployments or missions and only pay for the system's use, not for time that fuel cell configurations sit on shelves waiting for deploys to be scheduled. This allows for use of and access to the newest technology, eliminates hardware failure risks, concerns of fuel cell lifetimes and warranty issues. Purchase price is not a factor and monthly expenses can be paid with a credit card. If winter deployments are to backup solar systems then rentals can be scheduled for those months in the year. Systems are maintained by Sirius Integrator and firmware upgrades as well as system refresh activities are our responsibility. If remote monitoring assistance is needed we can also help you with keeping an eye on your configurations that are remotely deployed. All of our solutions have remote monitoring and management options available.
So please contact us to have a discussion on the details of these programs and to review your requirements.
